Harold holds multiple degrees including an Associate of Science, Bachelor of Science, and Associate in Managerial Accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Professional Bookkeepers and was Tucson's first to be awarded the title, Certified Bookkeeper. He excels in accuracy and demonstrates knowledge in crucial areas of bookkeeping, accounting and taxation.

After serving as Administrative Manager for EMS, Shawnte Enciso will be working to utilize her extensive skills as a Property Manager on our team. Shawnte is an FCRA-certified credit processor with both customer service and credit reporting experience. Among her strengths are exceptional customer service and a keen ability to understand customer needs during the financial verification process. A strong communicator, Shawnte's ability to facilitate quick resolutions to challenges related to residential mortgage credit reports and verifications of mortgages has made her a key member of the EMS team.
