Lisa Suarez – CRS, Designated Broker/REALTOR®


Lisa’s successful background in the critical areas of legal proceedings, real estate standards and practices as well as her extensive client contact base established the foundation for her to own and operate one of southern Arizona’s leading property management companies.

With over 25 years of uncompromising service and successful management decisions, Lisa has found a niche for her profit-sharing company by specializing in the management and sale of exclusive homes.

Lori Gray – Leasing Agent, New Account Specialist, REALTOR®

With over 20 years management experience in the restaurant and property management industry, Lori is a vital member of the EMS Realty family. Her ability to think creatively in order to find solutions to unique property management issues and respond to client needs has proven to be invaluable to our team.


Blair Lane – Property Manager, REALTOR®

Her attention to detail and focus on customer service make Blair a valued member of the EMS family. Growth through teamwork is central to Blair’s work philosophy, which will suit her well within the property management field. Her ability to adapt to ever-changing situations, coupled with strong organizational skills, are perfect additions to our real estate management firm.

Martin Durrell – Accounting Manager

Martin was born and educated in England and arrived in the United States in 1984. He brings over 30 years of Accounting and Management experience, in a broad range of industries.

Martin’s ability to analyze the big picture and execute detailed solutions, his commitment to provide excellent client services to our Owners, Tenants and Team members, his attention to detail, work ethic and broad knowledge of business finance and accounting make him a trusted resource and integral member of our team.

Caren Price – Property Manager, REALTOR®

Caren offers clients over ten years of experience in property management with an emphasis on multi-family new construction lease-ups.

Caren received an Outstanding Achievement Award in 2007 and 2008, and Property of the Year Award in 2008 from her respective management companies during those ten years.

She also brings a strong marketing background with her, having worked for Primedia Publications and Morris Communications for a combined total of five years as a customer service representative and the publisher of the Aiken/Augusta Apartment Finder.

Caren’s balanced experience in customer service, asset management and problem solving make her a valuable asset to the team at EMS Realty, Inc.

Linda Seeley – Associate Broker, Office Manager, REALTOR®

Linda provides EMS with over 20 years of high level experience in the mortgage industry, property management and executive administration. Linda is an essential piece of the team as she is able to navigate any task given to her with positive results. Her professionalism and expertise provide a superior foundation for unsurpassed, efficient office management.

Megan Wingfield – Associate Broker, Leasing Agent, REALTOR®

A native Arizonan, Megan Wingfield brings a rich family history of business experience to EMS Realty. Her expertise in the hospitality/special event industry, coupled with a degree in Communications from the University of Arizona, provide a perfect balance of education and experience. Her strong client service skills, keen eye for detail and management savvy make Megan an invaluable asset to the EMS team.

Amir Hachem – Maintenance Manager, REALTOR®

Amir brings his unique world-class customer service skills to the team. He specializes in the ability to handle any situation while demonstrating empathy and building rapport. He prides himself on easily exhibiting professionalism and confidence while interacting with both customers and staff. He has a background in computer science/applications as well as linguistics which aids in his communication. Amir’s hunger for knowledge gives him the skill of being a quick learner as he strives for perfection and excellence which makes him the perfect addition to the EMS team.

Jason Logan, Administrative Manager

After spending ten years in Aspen Colorado, Jason is back home in Arizona bringing to EMS Realty, Inc. a ten year background in marketing and sales in health and spa related industries in the state of Colorado. He relocated to Tucson in 2010 and is happy to be putting his roots down in the city he now calls home.

He brings with him an emphatic history in communication and customer service skills, as well as a unique organizational expertise that keeps the office running in a smooth and efficient manner. Jason is a quick study which enables him to provide highly qualified support to staff. His ability to empathize with clients, assisting and solving problems in a professional way, makes him an invaluable member of the EMS team.

Alaina Chapin – Property Manager, REALTOR®

Alaina’s background includes 13+ years in the mortgage industry as well as residential property management since first obtaining her AZ Real Estate License in 2009.

By working in several areas, such as customer service, risk management, collections/foreclosure, loan processing and managing fully furnished rental inventory, Alaina brings diverse perspective when following and implementing policies and procedures. This experience has also given her top notch organizational and communication skills resulting in consistent attention to detail and an understanding that follow-up, both to clients and team members is essential to a positive and productive working relationship. Multi-tasking is a snap and her photographic eye has been helpful in capturing the most attractive features of a property which is so important when marketing it to potential tenants.

As a second generation REALTOR®, Roland brings over 20 years of customer service experience from a broad range of industries including retail management, customer service, and real estate.
