There is so much to say about this home. The owner lovingly updated it for the past 7 years and changed the things that needed changing. For instance, the Southwest corner of the home (primary bedroom) would get really hot in the summer, so much so that when you touched the block it would burn. The seller added electrical outlets to the walls in the Primary bedroom, added cable and TV connection to the wall, and then put 3 inches of insulation in the walls and added drywall to combat the heat. Problem solved. Then, the seller decided the backyard (in which you can hardly see neighbors) was so private that an outdoor bathtub would be beneficial.
